Consider my mind is blown. Don’t get me wrong, it’s got its issues, but being based on a simple sentence, it’s impressive nonetheless.
Starting Sentence: Simply put, I consume far too much coffee. Consider the worst number of cups of coffee in a day, that you’ve ever had, and double it by two. During the pandemic, it has definitely become a problem.
Some days are more challenging than others. I try to avoid drinking caffeine before going to bed. I also need to have one at dinner in the evening. I do get a little agitated, but not too much.
I’ve attempted to break my coffee addiction. I’ve experimented with natural remedies such as probiotics and chelation. They appear to help with withdrawal symptoms. Coffee can even be weaned off of certain people.
My wife is likewise a coffee addict. Being married to a coffee addict has its drawbacks, one of which is that she can drink coffee all day.
I read research studies and determine that my wife, who consumes an excessive amount of coffee, is unable to function without it. I’ve looked everywhere for a natural caffeine substitute but haven’t found anything. The only other option is to take caffeine pills, which may or may not contain as much caffeine.
The majority of natural alternatives are overpriced and lack the same quantity of caffeine. Caffeine replacement drinks are unappealing, especially if you like coffee. Caffeine-free coffee drinks are unpleasant to consume and lack the flavor of coffee. It’s similar like ordering a latte at Starbucks and not being able to smell the coffee.
Before I consume coffee, I always drink a lot of water. It aids in the digestion of harmful carbohydrates. Because coffee is primarily made up of carbs, it is critical to drink enough of water. So, make an effort to drink plenty of water.
It’s a funny addiction, because I absolutely need and like coffee. All I have to do now is strike the perfect balance between the two.
