Carl: Yes sir! Right away….
Following days after
CTO: Carl are you done updating the UI/ux?
Carl: N…o Y.e…s sir still working on it.
Following days after
CTO: you are done with the work right??
Carl: em..em.yes..no.kinda…still on it sir!
Question: How do you handle this? With an outreach, compassion or understanding for this employee?
